Physicians'
Care Network is a physician directed IPA dedicated to accomplishing two
main objectives:
To provide managed
care organizations and other payers with broad-based, high-quality, cost-efficient,
multi-specialty contracting networks and
To create a sophisticated
business vehicle capable of developing contractual relationships with
managed care organizations that enable physicians to function as the true
"managers" of the delivery of care, rather than as "contract
labor".
