Kimberly Kauffman, MS, Executive Director

Ms. Kauffman has served as Physicians' Care Network Executive Director since 2001. As the Executive Director she is responsible for the overall operation of the IPA including provider relations, contracting, finances, development and support of all Committee and Board of Director Projects. Her goal is to make Physicians Care Network meaningful and valuable to its members.

She is a Gator through and through, receiving both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Florida. Her Masters of Health Sciences is from the College of Public Health and Health Professions and she remains actively involved in the College through her role on its Advisory Board. She has been married to Douglas for 20 years, and they enjoy riding their horses, playing with their beautiful German Shepherds, exercising, scuba-diving, and cooking.

Alison Kinney, Office Manager

Alison's main function as Office Manager is to assist the Executive Director in the overall operation of the IPA, including credentialing, AP/AR.

Alison has been married to her husband Brent for seven years and is the mother of two girls, Kaelyn (5) and Kyler (2), as well as one dog and two cats.  She enjoys reading, cooking and rooting for the Gators.

Margarita Popejoy, Provider Relations Representative

Margarita Popejoy acts as the liaison between the managed care organizations/health plans and the healthcare providers for claim issues.

Margarita has been married to her husband, Kyle, for thirty one years and is the mother of three children.
